LearnUpon experienced a hardware issue with our cloud infrastructure provider which was tied to our database cluster. Failover was slightly delayed by the same underlying issue.
In total, there were 8 minutes of partial outage (affecting a portion of customer portals) and 5.5 minutes of complete outage (affecting all customer portals).
The underlying hardware issue has already been resolved, but we have opened communications with our provider to investigate this further.
