Earlier on today between 14:08 and 15:49 UTC we observed a degradation of service for some customers in our EU region specifically around Batch User Imports, Dynamic Rules and SCORM uploads. This was due to an issue resulting from a change in our application and a large load being placed on the application at the same time. We quickly identified the issue and were able to resolve the problem to return our application to a fully working state. We apologise for the inconvenience of the earlier disruption.
